Enquiries are answered by the developer, typically within a few business days. Including the application version and device model assists diagnosis; the Contact Support function under Settings › About inserts these details automatically.
Common questions
Workouts are not appearing
Confirm that Health access has been granted: open the Apple Health application and go to Sharing › Apps › FeltIt. Permissions are granted per category, so workouts may be permitted while sleep or heart-rate categories are not. FeltIt reads the previous 90 days of workouts when access is first granted.
Insights are unavailable
Insights require a minimum of three logged signals spanning at least seven days. Below that threshold the application states what is still required rather than displaying a pattern the data does not support.
Data did not transfer to a new iPhone
Enable iCloud sync in the application's settings on both devices, signed in to the same Apple Account, and allow several minutes on Wi-Fi for the initial sync. If sync was not enabled on the previous device, no copy of the data exists outside it.
A purchase of Pro is not recognised
Select Restore Purchases under Settings › FeltIt Pro, or on the paywall. Confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple Account used to make the purchase. Purchases are associated with the Apple Account rather than the device.
Cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple rather than within FeltIt. Open iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not require cancellation.
Deleting your data
Individual entries may be deleted within the application. Deleting the application removes all information stored on the device. Where iCloud sync was enabled, the iCloud copy may be removed under iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage. Full details are set out in the privacy policy.
Reporting a problem
Reports should state the steps taken, the result observed, and the expected result, together with the version and device details attached by the in-app Contact Support function. Screenshots are useful for issues affecting layout or appearance.
